From where are the products shipped?
All Polarcase products are shipped from our studio in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Polarcase ships only within India. International shipping will be launched soon—stay tuned!
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Most Polarcase products are custom-made, so cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.
